Effective from August 26, 2026.

This notice describes how I handle the personal data you voluntarily provide through the Contact page of galahadcode.hu. It has been prepared in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination.

1. Who is the data controller?

The data controller is Ádám, the operator of galahadcode.hu (brand name: Galahad Code). Contact: info@oradam.hu. The site is currently operated as a private individual, not through a registered business.

2. What data do I process, and for what purpose?

Through the Contact page form, I process the following data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, the selected subject (category), and the message text. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and for related correspondence. Beyond this, the site does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information – for visit/statistics data, see the Cookie Notice.

3. What is the legal basis for this processing?

The legal basis is your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, given by filling out and submitting the form.

4. Who receives your data?

Data submitted through the Contact form reaches only me, as the data controller, in the form of a single email. I do not share, sell, or transfer this data to any third party.

5. How long do I keep your data?

I keep your message until your inquiry is resolved, or until you request its deletion. You can request deletion at info@oradam.hu – the message will then be deleted without delay.

6. Cookies and analytics tools

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation (e.g. language preference), which do not require consent. If the Google Analytics statistics service is active on the site, it only runs with your cookie consent, and Google Ireland Limited processes the anonymized visit data it collects as a data processor. For more on cookies and consent management, see the Cookie Notice.

7. What rights do you have?

To exercise these rights, write to info@oradam.hu.

8. Where can you file a complaint?

If you believe the data processing is unlawful, you can file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). Address: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., Hungary. Postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., Hungary. Email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu. Website: www.naih.hu.

9. Changes to this notice

I reserve the right to update this notice when necessary. The version currently in effect is always available on this page.
